FAQ
What makes a market a Signal?
Q publishes a Signal when its forecast is far enough from the market price and the side it favors is cheap enough. Q checks the book’s depth and prices in fees before it publishes. One Signal per market.
Is this a trading platform?
No. Quotient publishes research. It does not run a venue, hold your money, place trades or custody anything. Each Signal links to its market. You decide, and you trade there.
What does the record include?
One Signal per market, held to resolution. Win rate and average return count settled Signals. Settled results are public. Open Signals need membership.
Why might my result differ?
The record scores each Signal at settlement, without fees, spread, slippage or taxes. Your fill, your timing and your venue access can change the outcome.
When do new Signals publish?
Sports Signals publish before the game starts. Event Signals publish as Q finds them. Some days have more than others.
Which venues?
Signals link to game and event markets across venues. Whether you can use a venue depends on where you live and that venue’s rules.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from Manage billing on your account page. Access runs to the end of the paid period.
Who uses Q?
Individual traders, to find and research trades. Funds and vault operators, to build strategies on Q’s forecasts. Venues and trading interfaces, to put analysis in front of their users. Developers, through the API, CLI and MCP.
Is there a phone app?
It is a web app, and it works on your phone.
